Our quaint individual infrared sauna is a great space to heal yourself from the inside out! Opposed to a dry sauna, an infrared sauna runs at lower more comfortable temperatures. The infrared sauna benefits include:  pain relief, muscle recovery detoxification, and improved skin health, just to name a few.
Our sauna has an optional warming floor as well as bluetooth.
